MONDO TV: Orlando Corradi, socio di maggioranza della Mondo TV, comunica di aver eseguito in data odierna nuovi acquisti di azioni dichiarando: "il titolo Mondo TV è arrivato al minimo da un anno e quindi nella mia opinione in questo momento è fortemente sottovalutato stante la solidità del business"

16 giugno 2016 – Come emerge indirettamente dai filing model pubblicati in ossequio alla normativa vigente in materia di c.d. Internal Dealing, Orlando Corradi, Presidente del Consiglio di Amministrazione della Mondo TV e socio di maggioranza della medesima, comunica di aver acquistato oggi ulteriori 10.000 azioni della Mondo TV, ad un prezzo medio di circa Euro 3,45.

Orlando Corradi, Presidente del Consiglio di Amministrazione e socio di maggioranza della Mondo TV S.p.A., ha dichiarato: "il titolo Mondo TV è arrivato al minimo dell'anno e quindi nella mia opinione in questo momento è fortemente sottovalutato stante la solidità del business".

16 June 2016 – As it indirectly emerges from the filing models published pursuant to the applicable laws on Internal Dealing, Orlando Corradi, President of the Board of Directors and majority shareholder of Mondo TV, informed to have acquired today further 10.000 shares of Mondo TV, at an average price of around Euros 3,45.

Orlando Corradi, President and majority shareholder of Mondo TV, stated: "The current stock price of Mondo TV shares is at the minimum in the year, and thus it is strongly under evaluated, considering the solidity of the business".
