CIR: ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Milano, 20 giugno 2016 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso noto il 29 aprile 2016, comunica di aver acquistato dal 13 al 17 giugno n. 482.000 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 0,9525, per un controvalore complessivo di € 459.087,80.

Milan, June 20 2016 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 29 2016, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between June 13 and 17 it bought back 482,000 own shares at an average price of € 0.9525, for a total amount of € 459,087.80.
