Termini e condizioni della cessazione dalle cariche operative ricoperte dal dottor Renato Soru presso varie società del Gruppo.
Si rende noto che, previo parere positivo espresso dal Comitato Parti Correlate, il Gruppo Tiscali ha definito in data odierna con il Dott. Renato Soru i termini e le condizioni della cessazione dalle cariche operative da lui ricoperte presso varie società del Gruppo.
In tale contesto, è stata prevista la corresponsione al Dott. Soru di un importo annuo onnicomprensivo pari a Euro 300.000 fino al 30 aprile 2018.

Tiscali announces that, after having obtained the opinion of the Related Parties Committee, the Tiscali Group has defined today with Mr. Renato Soru to the terms and conditions of the termination of operational positions he held in various Group companies.
In this context, provision was made for the payment to Mr. Soru an annual allencompassing Euro 300,000 up to April 30, 2018.
