Milano, 29 giugno 2016-Si rende noto che in data odierna lo statuto aggiornato è stato messo a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede sociale e sul sito internet della Società nella sezione Governance 'Sistema di governance' http://www.camparigroup.com/it/governance/sistema-governance/statuto. Tale documento è disponibile anche sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato SDIR-NIS, gestito da BIt Market Services, () e con le altre modalità di legge. Il verbale del Consiglio di Amministrazione di Davide Campari-Milano S.p.A. del 16 giugno 2016 che ha deliberato la modifica dello statuto verrà messo a disposizione nei termini di legge ai sensi dell'art. 72 del Regolamento Consob n. 11971/99.

Milan, June 29, 2016-Notice is hereby given that the updated Articles of Association have today been made available to the general public at the Company's head office and in the Governance section 'Governance system' of its website http://www.camparigroup.com/en/governance/governance-system/laws; the documentation is also available on the SDIR-NIS circuit for the storage of Regulated Information () and by all other means allowed by applicable regulations in force. The minutes of the Board of Directors of Davide Campari-Milano S.p.A. of June 16, 2016 that had approved the amendment of the Articles of Association will be made available by the applicable regulations, pursuant to article 72 of Consob Regulation No. 11971/99.
