INFORMATIVA SU PUBBLICAZIONE NUOVE PROCEDURE

Pontedera, 1 Luglio 2016 – Piaggio & C. S.p.A. rende noto che, a partire dalla data odierna, sono a disposizione del pubblico sul sito internet www.piaggiogroup.com, nella Sezione Governance/Market Abuse, nonché presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato le nuove procedure adottate dalla Società con effetto dal 3 luglio 2016 in adeguamento alla nuove disposizioni comunitarie relative agli abusi di mercato (Regolamento (UE) n. 596/2014 del Parlamento Europeo e del Consiglio dell'Unione Europea del 16 aprile 2014, c.d. Market Abuse Regulation, e relativi regolamenti di esecuzione della Commissione Europea) e, segnatamente:

- la "Procedura per la comunicazione al pubblico di Informazioni Privilegiate";

- la "Procedura per la gestione del Registro delle Persone che hanno accesso a Informazioni Privilegiate"; e

- la "Procedura per l'adempimento degli obblighi in materia di Internal Dealing".

Le predette procedure entrano in vigore con efficacia cogente a far data dal 3 luglio 2016.

PUBLICATION OF NEW INTERNAL PROCEDURES

Pontedera, 1st July 2016 - Piaggio & C. S.p.A. announces that, beginning today, the new procedures adopted by the Company on 3rd of July, 2016 are available to the public on the Internet website www.piaggiogroup.com in the Governance/Market Abuse Section and on the authorized storage mechanism in compliance with the new European provisions related to market abuse (EU Regulation No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union of 16 April 2014, Market Abuse Regulation, and the related implementation regulations of the European Commission) and specifically:

- the "Procedure for the Disclosure of Price-Sensitive Information";

- the "Procedure for management of the Register of Persons who have access to Price-Sensitive Information"; and

- the "Procedure for the fulfilment of Internal Dealing obligations".

The aforementioned procedures will be in force with binding effect from 3 July 2016.
