MASSIMO DE TULLIO, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER DEL GRUPPO FIERA MILANO, NOMINATO DIRIGENTE CON RESPONSABILITÀ STRATEGICHE

Milano, 13 novembre 2024 – Il Consiglio di Amministrazione di Fiera Milano S.p.A. ("Fiera Milano" e/o il "Gruppo"), leader in Italia e uno dei principali operatori integrati del mondo nel settore fieristico e congressuale, informa che in data odierna il Dott. Massimo De Tullio, Chief Financial Officer del Gruppo Fiera Milano e Dirigente Preposto alla redazione dei documenti contabili societari, è stato nominato Dirigente con Responsabilità Strategiche.

La nomina del Dott. De Tullio risponde all'evoluzione strategica della attività affidate alla Direzione Administration, Finance & Control, in linea con le recenti iniziative intraprese dal Gruppo.

Il Chief Financial Officer avrà infatti la responsabilità di assicurare la corretta pianificazione e attuazione delle iniziative di crescita previste dal Piano Strategico 2024-2027 e del Piano di Sostenibilità in esso integrato, oltre che il pieno rispetto delle normative di sostenibilità, tra cui l'implementazione della direttiva europea Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive ("CSRD"), che richiede al Gruppo di adeguarsi ai nuovi European Sustainability Reporting Standards ("ESRS"), delineando un percorso per l'adozione progressiva delle normative di trasparenza informativa obbligatoria in tema sostenibilità.

Il dottor Massimo De Tullio ha assunto il ruolo di Chief Financial Officer e di Dirigente Preposto alla redazione dei documenti contabili societari in data 13 giugno 2023. In precedenza, dal 2018, ha ricoperto la posizione di Group Planning & Control Director presso Fiera Milano. Alla data odierna, il dottor De Tullio non detiene azioni della Società.

Si ricorda, inoltre, che Francesco Conci, Amministratore Delegato e Direttore Generale, e Roberto Foresti, Vice Direttore Generale, sono altresì qualificati come Dirigenti con Responsabilità Strategiche del Gruppo.

MASSIMO DE TULLIO, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER OF THE FIERA MILANO GROUP, APPOINTED EXECUTIVE WITH STRATEGIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Milan, 13 November 2024 – The Board of Directors of Fiera Milano S.p.A. ("Fiera Milano" and/or the "Group"), leader in Italy and one of the main integrated operators in the world in the exhibition and congress industry, announces that today, Dr. Massimo De Tullio, Chief Financial Officer of the Fiera Milano Group and the Officer Responsible for the preparation of corporate accounting documents, has been appointed Executive with Strategic Responsibilities.

The appointment of Dr. De Tullio aligns with the strategic evolution of the activities managed by the Administration, Finance & Control Department, in line with the recent initiatives undertaken by the Group.

The Chief Financial Officer will in fact be responsible for ensuring the proper planning and implementation of the growth initiatives outlined in the Strategic Plan 2024/2027 and its integrated Sustainability Plan, as well as full compliance with sustainability regulations, including the implementation of the European Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive ("CSRD"), which requires the Group to align with the new European Sustainability Reporting Standards ("ESRS"), outlining a pathway for the progressive adoption of mandatory transparency regulations on sustainability.

Dr. Massimo De Tullio assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer and Officer Responsible for the preparation of corporate accounting documents on 13 June 2023. Previously, since 2018, he held the position of Group Planning & Control Director at Fiera Milano. As of today, Dr. De Tullio does not hold shares in the Company.

It is further noted that Francesco Conci, Chief Executive Officer and General Manager, and Roberto Foresti, Deputy General Manager, are also qualified as Executives with Strategic Responsibilities within the Group.
