Landi Renzo: integration of press release published on 13 November 2024
Cavriago (RE), November 13, 2024 - Landi Renzo S.p.A. ("Landi Renzo" or the "Company" and, together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") as a supplement to the press release published today, specifies that the option rights for the subscription of shares resulting from the capital increase in option will total 22,500,000.
Please note that the said option rights will be traded on Euronext STAR Milan with ISIN code IT0005620684.
