Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6), Wetherspoon makes the following disclosure with respect to the share capital and voting rights of the Company.

As at 13th November 2024, further to the cancellation of 1,415,000 ordinary shares on 12th November 2024 purchased by the Company on 6th, 7th and 8th November 2024 and subsequently notified to the market, the issued share capital of the Company now consists of 122,207,196 ordinary shares, with a nominal value of £0.02, each with voting rights. The company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury; therefore, the total number of voting rights in Wetherspoon is 122,207,196.

Shareholders may use the above figure of 122,207,196 shares as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in Wetherspoon under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
