Errata to the Current report regarding the disclosure of holdings under 5% of the total voting rights held by Fondul de Pensii Facultative NN ACTIV, Fondul de Pensii Facultative NN OPTIM and Fondul de Pensii Administrat Privat NN in Fondul Proprietatea S.A. as at 30 August 2024

The Current report regarding the disclosure of holdings under 5% of the total voting rights held by Fondul de Pensii Facultative NN ACTIV, Fondul de Pensii Facultative NN OPTIM and Fondul de Pensii Administrat Privat NN ("NN") in Fondul Proprietatea S.A. (the "Fund") as at 30 August 2024, as received by and published on the Fund's webpage on 4 September 2024, here - English language version, contains a typo error in what concerns the total number of voting rights held by NN, and it shall be read correctly as follows:

• According to the disclosure received by Fondul Proprietatea on 04 September 2024 ("Report date"), as of 30 August 2024 ("Date of lowering the threshold (percentage of vote)"), Fondul de Pensii Facultative NN ACTIV, Fondul de Pensii Facultative NN OPTIM and Fondul de Pensii Administrat Privat NN, by virtue of acting in concert, held a number of 172,723,045 voting rights, representing 4.98% of the total Fondul Proprietatea voting rights (3,470,123,151) excluding own shares that do not have voting rights (86,304,088), respectively out of 3,556,427,239 voting rights.

Instead of:

• According to the disclosure received by Fondul Proprietatea on 04 September 2024 ("Report date"), as of 30 August 2024 ("Date of lowering the threshold (percentage of vote)"), Fondul de Pensii Facultative NN ACTIV, Fondul de Pensii Facultative NN OPTIM and Fondul de Pensii Administrat Privat NN, by virtue of acting in concert, held a number of 345,978,890 voting rights, representing 4.98% of the total Fondul Proprietatea voting rights (3,470,123,151) excluding own shares that do not have voting rights (86,304,088), respectively out of 3,556,427,239 voting rights.

The current report of the Disclosure of holdings under 5% of the total voting rights held by NN in Fondul Proprietatea S.A. as at 30 August 2024, English language version, shall not undergo any other changes. The Romanian version of the report, published on the Fund's webpage on 4 September 2024, here, does not change.
