Re: Publication of disclosed information on the acquisition or disposal of voting rights

Pursuant to Article 19 of the Transparency Requirements (Securities Admitted to Trading on a Regulated Market) Law of 2007 (Law no. 190(I)/2007) as amended, it is announced that on 12/11/2024 the Company was informed by Eurobank Ergasias Services and Holdings S.A., that its subsidiary Eurobank S.A. obtained on 08/11/2024 17.152.353 shares in the Company's share capital with a voting right of 8.58%.

As a result of the above acquisition, the voting right percentage of Eurobank S.A. and therefore of its holding Eurobank Ergasias Services and Holdings S.A. exceeds 5%.
