Rettifica Calendario Eventi societari ESPRINET S.p.A. - Anno 2016

Vimercate (MB) 08/07/2016 - Ai sensi dell'art. 2.6.2 del Regolamento dei Mercati organizzati e gestiti da Borsa Italiana S.p.A., si comunica la variazione della data della riunione del Consiglio di Amministrazione di approvazione della Relazione Finanziaria Semestrale che si terrà il giorno 15 settembre 2016 anziché il 26 agosto 2016.

Rimane invariato il calendario annuale degli eventi societari già diffuso al mercato e pertanto è confermata per l'11 novembre 2016 la riunione per l'approvazione del Resoconto Intermedio di Gestione al 30 settembre 2016.

Amendment to Esprinet S.p.A. Corporate events agenda - Year 2016

Vimercate (MB) 08/07/2016 – Pursuant to art. 2.6.2 of the Rules of the Markets organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., Esprinet informs that the Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the Half-yearly financial statement will be held on September 15th 2016, instead of August 26th 2016.

The previously published agenda of the corporate events remains unchanged, therefore the meeting for the approval of the Interim Management Statement as at September 30th planned on November 11th 2016 is confirmed.
