FINANCIAL REPORT

for the nine month and three months period ended September 30, 2020

The main highlights of the period are:

Group level:

• o Constant growth profile: revenue increased by 8.7% up to 950.6 million and RGUs increased by 12%, up to 17.7 million, for the nine month period ended 30 September 2020 compared to the same period from 2019
• o Consolidated EBITDA increased by 8% at EUR 353 million for the nine month period ended 30 September 2020 compared to the same period from 2019

Romania:

o Growth engine for fixed services segment, reaching RGUs historical growth rate for Pay-TV (+ 15%) up to 4.6 million RGU and Internet services (+ 17%) up to 3.2 million RGU (residential and business)

Spain:

• o Growth engine for mobile services segment, with RGUs growth rate of 28% compared to previous period, up to 2.2 million RGU
• o Digi Spain continued to deliver strong financial results, representing 22% of consolidated Group's revenues and 13% of consolidated Group's EBITDA
