San Donato Milanese (Milano), 03 Agosto 2016 – Saipem S.p.A. informa di aver acquistato nella prima settimana dall'avvio del programma (dal 28 Luglio al 29 Luglio 2016 compresi), n. 22.710.000 azioni proprie (pari allo 0,225% del capitale sociale) al prezzo medio di Euro 0,3931 per azione, per un controvalore complessivo di Euro 8.928.192, nell'ambito dell'autorizzazione all'acquisto deliberata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti della Società del 29 aprile 2016.

San Donato Milanese (Milan), August 3, 2016 – During the first week since the launch of the programme (July 28 – 29, 2016 inclusive), Saipem S.p.A. purchased no. 22,710,000 treasury shares (equal to 0.225% of the share capital) at the average price of Euro 0.3931 per share, for a total countervalue of Euro 8,928,192, under the power granted by the Company's Shareholders at their meeting of April 29, 2016.
