COMUNICATO STAMPA MONDO TV: Convocazione assemblea

4 agosto 2016 - Mondo TV S.p.A. comunica che in data odierna il Consiglio di Amministrazione ha deciso di convocare l'assemblea straordinaria dei soci per il giorno 6 settembre 2016, alle ore 10:00 presso la sede sociale in unica convocazione al fine di assumere le deliberazioni funzionali all'esecuzione dell'operazione con Atlas Alpha Yield Fund e Atlas Capital Markets di cui al comunicato stampa del 18 luglio 2016.

L'avviso di convocazione e la documentazione relativa alla suddetta assemblea saranno pubblicati nei termini e con le modalità di legge e regolamento.

PRESS RELEASE MONDO TV: Shareholders' meeting

4 August 2016 - Mondo TV S.p.A. informs that today the Board of Directors has resolved upon the calling of the extraordinary shareholders' meeting on 6 September 2016, at 10:00 am at the Company's head office in unique call, for the purpose of taking the deliberations required under the transaction with Atlas Alpha Yield Fund e Atlas Capital Markets, which was announced last 18 July 2016.

The calling notice and the relevant documents relating to the above meeting will be issued and made available within the terms and modalities as per law and regulation.
