POSTE ITALIANE: THE HALF-YEAR FINANCIAL REPORT AT JUNE 30, 2016 HAS BEEN PUBLISHED

Rome, August 5, 2016 - Poste Italiane S.p.A. informs that the Half-Year Financial Report at June 30, 2016, pursuant to art. 154-ter, paragraph 2, of the Legislative Decree February 24, 1998, No. $58$ – alongside the report of the external auditors – is available to the public at the Company's registered office and on the Company's internet website (www.posteitaliane.it), as well as on the mechanism for the central storage "NIS-Storage" ().
