All resolutions adopted at Adyen’s EGM
Amsterdam, February 12, 2021
Adyen announces that its virtual Extraordinary General Meeting approved all resolutions on the agenda.
Adyen N.V. (“Adyen” or “Company”) [AMS: ADYEN] announces that its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) approved the appointment of Alexander Matthey as member of the Management Board as Chief Technology Officer, and the appointment of Caoimhe Keogan as member of the Supervisory Board. Both are appointed for a four-year term.
As of February 12, 2021, Adyen’s Management Board consists of Pieter van der Does, Roelant Prins, Ingo Uytdehaage, Mariëtte Swart, Kamran Zaki and Alexander Matthey.
Per that same date, Adyen’s Supervisory Board will consist of Piero Overmars, Delfin Rueda Arroyo, Joep van Beurden, Pamela Joseph and Caoimhe Keogan.
