Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, August 22nd, 2016 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 28th, 2016, whose commencement was announced on May 3rd, 2016, BasicNet S.p.A. in the period August 15th and 19 th 2016, acquired 28,000 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 5,144,600 treasury shares, equal to 8.43 % of the share capital.
