Mondo TV raggiunge l'intesa per la licenza dei diritti TV e VOD per la trasmissione in Ungheria della prima e della seconda stagione di Sissi, la giovane imperatrice

Importante vendita per le possibilità di sviluppo del merchandising collegato alla property

23 agosto 2016 - Mondo TV S.p.A. annuncia di aver raggiunto un'intesa con il Gruppo TV2, uno dei principali operatori televisivi in Ungheria, per la concessione di una licenza che prevede il diritto di trasmissione televisiva e su piattaforme VOD in Ungheria, tra l'altro, della prima stagione di Sissi, la giovane imperatrice, già prodotta da Mondo TV e il Sole di Carta e della seconda stagione, attualmente in produzione.

L'intesa prevede il diritto di esclusiva per la sola trasmissione televisiva, mentre non è previsto un vincolo di esclusiva per lo sfruttamento VOD. La durata della licenza sarà di tre anni e sarà limitata al territorio dell'Ungheria e alla lingua locale.

L'intesa rappresenta un importante base per aprire nuove possibilità di sviluppo del merchandising legato alla property.

Mondo TV reaches an understanding for the license of TV and VOD rights for the broadcasting in Hungary of the first and the second season of Sissi, the young Empress.

Important sale for the possibilities of developing the merchandising related to the property

23 August 2016 - Mondo TV informs to have reached an understanding with TV2 Group, one of the most important TV operators in Hungary, for the granting of a license which provides the rights of transmission on TV and VOD in Hungary of, among others, the first season of Sissi, the young Empress (which was produced by Mondo with Sole di Carta) and the second season (which is currently on production).

The understanding provides for the exclusive TV rights , while no exclusivity is granted for VOD. The duration of the license will be three years and shall be limited to the Hungarian territory and to the local language.

The understanding can represent an important basis to open new chances of development of the merchandising relating to the property.
