Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, August 29th, 2016 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 28th, 2016, whose commencement was announced on May 3rd, 2016, BasicNet S.p.A. in the period August 22nd and 26th 2016, acquired 27,700 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 5,172,300 treasury shares, equal to 8.48% of the share capital.
