Florence, August 30th 2016 – El.En. S.p.A., leader on the laser market and listed on the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange, hereby gives notice to its Shareholders that the Board Of Auditors explanatory report provided by art. 76, comma 6, of the Consob Issuer's Regulation about the increase of the pertaining share capital in compliance with art. 2443, II comma, Civil Code and the following amendments to Articles of Association is available from today at the Company's headoffice, on the authorized storage website and on the Company's website www.elengroup.com (section Investor Relations/Governance/Corporate Documents/2016-2025 Stock Option Plan).
