EDISON-RASGAS: ACCORDO PER CONTRATTO LONG TERM GAS DAL QATAR

Milano, 1 Settembre 2016 – Edison e RasGas hanno firmato un accordo per la revisione del prezzo del contratto long term di fornitura di gas naturale dal Qatar per adeguarlo alle attuali condizioni di mercato.

Questo accordo chiude le trattative commerciali avviate alla fine del 2015 e rinforza lo spirito di collaborazione tra le due società relativamente al contratto long term per la fornitura di 6,4 miliardi di metri cubi di gas all'anno che è in essere dal 2009.

Edison conferma la previsione per l'EBITDA 2016 fornita il 28 luglio 2016, in occasione della comunicazione dei risultati semestrali.

EDISON-RASGAS: AGREEMENT FOR LONG TERM GAS CONTRACT FROM QATAR

Milan, September 1, 2016 – Edison and RasGas signed an agreement to adjust the price of the long term gas supply contract from Qatar to reflect current market conditions.

The agreement settles a commercial discussion started at the end of 2015 and reinforces the spirit of cooperation that the two companies achieved over the long term gas import contract in force since 2009 for a quantity of 6.4 billion cubic meters of gas per year.

Edison confirms the outlook for 2016 EBITDA announced on July 28, 2016, during the communication of the half-year results
