TISCALI, SIGNED BY BOND BY RIGENSIS BANK AND OTKRITIE CAPITAL INTERNATIONAL LIMITED
La società rende noto che in data odierna Rigensis Bank AS e Otkritie Capital International Limited hanno sottoscritto, rispettivamente, 17 obbligazioni convertibili del valore nominale di 500.000 Euro ciascuna, per un controvalore totale di 17 milioni di Euro, a valere sul prestito obbligazionario convertibile la cui emissione è stata deliberata dall'assemblea straordinaria della società del 5 settembre 2016.
Come già comunicato al mercato, il predetto prestito obbligazionario convertibile avrà una durata di 4 anni, un tasso cedolare del 7% e un prezzo fisso stabilito in Euro 0,06 per azione per la conversione delle obbligazioni in azioni ordinarie della Società. L'ammontare deliberato è pari a 18,5 milioni di Euro, pertanto la società avrà la possibilità di collocare entro gennaio 2017 i restanti 1,5 milioni di Euro presso investitori qualificati.

The company announces that today Rigensis Bank AS and Otkritie Capital International Limited signed, respectively, 17 convertible bonds with a nominal value of EUR 500,000 each, for a total of EUR 17 million, for the convertible bond whose issue was resolved by the extraordinary meeting of the company on 5 September 2016.
As already communicated to the market, the above convertible bond will have a duration of four years, a 7% coupon rate and a fixed price set at EUR 0.06 per share for the conversion of the bond into ordinary shares of the Company. The amount approved is equal to EUR 18.5 million, so the company will have the opportunity to place before January 2017 the remaining EUR 1.5 million with qualified investors.
