Completion share buyback TKH

TKH Group N.V. ("TKH") has purchased 3,627 of its own depositary receipts of shares in the period from 31 March 2021 up to and including 1 April 2021.

The repurchases took place within the framework of the share buyback program, announced on 17 November 2020 for an amount of € 25 million.

In the period from 18 November 2020 up to and including 1 April 2021, TKH purchased a total of 623,334 depositary receipts of shares for an amount of € 25 million, by which the share buyback program is completed.
