OCI N.V. and ADNOC Consider Fertiglobe Listing

OCI N.V. and Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) are considering an initial public offering (IPO) of their nitrogen partnership Fertiglobe, headquartered in Abu Dhabi.
