GO internet: update on the rights offering and the convertible bond issue

Gubbio, September 23, 2016 - GO internet S.p.A. informs that the Controlling Shareholder Franco Colaiacovo Gold S.r.l., concerning the rights issue approved by the Annual General Meeting of December 9, 2015—the subject of the press releases of November 27, 2015, December 9, 2015, and April 12, 2016—on September 22, 2016 notified the Company it will not pay the remaining Euro 1.8 million outstanding for the future rights issue.

Franco Colaiacovo Gold S.r.l. welcomes the opportunity for GO internet S.p.A. to use the approved rights issue to expand its shareholding base and secure new financial resources by bringing on new investors interested in supporting the strategic short- and long-term goals previously agreed with the issuer. In addition, expanding the shareholding base would increase the stock's free float and therefore its liquidity, benefiting all shareholders.

The Company also informs that the BoD that will meet on 27 September to approve the interim report as of June 30th, 2016, will evaluate the opportunity to start the rights offering and the convertible bonds issue approved by the Annual General Meeting of December 9, 2015.
