Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, September 26th, 2016 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 28th, 2016, whose commencement was announced on May 3rd, 2016, BasicNet S.p.A. in the period September 19th and 23rd 2016, acquired 4,700 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 5,233,500 treasury shares, equal to 8.58% of the share capital.
