Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, October 3rd, 2016 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 28th, 2016, whose commencement was announced on May 3rd, 2016, BasicNet S.p.A. in the period September 26th and 30rd 2016, acquired 15,500 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 5,249,000 treasury shares, equal to 8.606% of the share capital.
