FINANCIAL REPORT

for the three month period ended March 31, 2021

The main highlights of the Q1 2021 results are:

Group level:

o Sustained growth profile: 8.6% revenue increase, up to EUR 340.2 million and 13% RGU growth, up to 18.7 million

Romania:

• o Increase in fixed services RGUs at historic levels (pay-TV and fixed internet segments):
• • 15.6% pay-TV RGUs up to 4.9 million and +19.7% fixed internet RGUs up to 3.4 million
• o Increase in EBITDA margin, up to 48.7% (including IFRS 16) due to operational performance in both fixed and mobile communications business lines

Spain:

• o Reached 2.5 million RGU`s on mobile telephony and data services milestone
• o Increased its weight in total Group's revenues (23% out of total Group's revenues)
