5 ottobre 2016 – Facendo seguito al comunicato dello scorso 30 settembre 2016, Mondo TV S.p.A. comunica che in data odierna sono state emesse n. 56.330 azioni ordinarie del valore nominale di euro 0,50 ciascuna, aventi godimento, diritti e caratteristiche pari a quelle in circolazione alla data della loro emissione (5 ottobre 2016). In particolare, tali nuove azioni sono state emesse in data odierna a seguito della ricezione in data 3 ottobre 2016 della richiesta di conversione da parte di Pelham Bay di uno dei bond emessi in data 16 settembre 2016 (cfr. comunicato stampa in pari data).
L'attestazione dell'avvenuta (parziale) esecuzione dell'aumento di capitale sociale a servizio della conversione dei predetti bond sarà depositata presso il Registro delle Imprese di Roma nei termini e modalità di legge.
In conseguenza di quanto sopra, il capitale sociale risulterà essere pari a Euro 13.882.117, suddiviso in 27.764.234 azioni ordinarie.
Si rammenta infine che residuano da convertire 16 bond del valore nominale complessivo di Euro 4.000.000 e che il quantitativo residuo delle azioni da emettere in virtù della conversione dei medesimi non è allo stato determinato o determinabile così come previsto dall'accordo di emissione di bond convertibili sottoscritto con Atlas (cfr. comunicati stampa del 18 luglio 2016, 6 settembre 2016 e 16 settembre 2016).

5 October 2016 – Following to the press release dated last 30 September 2016, Mondo TV S.p.A. informs that today 56,330 ordinary shares for Euros 0.50 nominal value have been issued. The new shares have the same characteristics and rights of those already circulating at the date hereof. More in detail, the new shares have been issued today upon receipt last 3 October 2016 by Mondo TV of a conversion notice from Pelham Bay of one of the bonds issued on 16 September 2016 (see the press release issued on the same date).
The filing with the Company' Register in Rome of the relevant (partial) capital increase declaration will be performed in accordance with the modalities and within the terms set forth by the law.
The company's capital will result to be Euros 13,882,117 made of 27,764,234 ordinary shares.
It is highlighted that 16 bonds remain to be issued, having a nominal value of Euros 4,000,000 and that the number of residual share quantities are not determined yet determinable at the date hereof as per the agreement for the issuance of the bonds executed with Atlas (see press releases dated 18 July 2016, 6 September 2016 and 16 September 2016).
