Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, October 10rd, 2016 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 28th, 2016, whose commencement was announced on May 3rd, 2016, BasicNet S.p.A. in the period October 3rd and 7th 2016, acquired on the MTA 18,000 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 5,267,000 treasury shares, equal to 8.635% of the share capital.
