POSTE ITALIANE DOES NOT RENEW THE SHAREHOLDERS' AGREEMENT WITH BANCA POPOLARE DI MILANO OVER THE STAKE IN ANIMA HOLDING

Rome, October 14, 2016 – Poste Italiane S.p.A. informs that it has notified Banca Popolare di Milano S.c. a r.l. of its intention not to tacitly renew the shareholders' agreement on their respective stakes in Anima Holding S.p.A., entered into by the parties on 26 June 2015 and expiring on 16 April 2017.

As a consequence of the foregoing, the Shareholders' Agreement between the parties shall terminate on 16 April 2017.
