MONDO TV: Aggiornamento Calendario Eventi Societari

21 ottobre 2016 - Mondo TV S.p.A. comunica che, facendo seguito al comunicato del 6 ottobre 2016 in cui si anticipava la revisione del piano industriale entro la fine di ottobre 2016 alla luce delle recenti operazioni ed evoluzioni del business, la riunione del Consiglio di Amministrazione chiamata a deliberare sul nuovo business plan 2016- 2021 si terrà in data 27 ottobre 2016.

Eventuali ulteriori variazioni del Calendario Eventi Societari saranno tempestivamente comunicate al mercato.

PRESS RELEASE MONDO TV: Calendar of Corporate Events - Update

21 October 2016 - Mondo TV S.p.A. informed that, following to the press release dated 6 October 2016 whereby the company anticipated (in the light of the recent transactions and business developments) the review of the current business plan within the end of October 2016, the meeting of the Board of Directors called to resolve upon the new business plan 2016-2021 will be held on 27 October 2016.

Possible further changes to the Calendar of Corporate Events will be timely communicated as applicable.
