Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, November 14th, 2016 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 28th, 2016, whose commencement was announced on May 3rd, 2016, BasicNet S.p.A. in the period November 7th and 11th 2016, acquired on the MTA 27,457 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 5,318,957 treasury shares, equal to 8.72% of the share capital.
