MASI AGRICOLA: 2017 SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella, 15 November 2016. The Board of Directors of Masi Agricola S.p.A., listed on AIM Italia and an Italian leader in premium wines, met today and approved the schedule of events for 2017.

• 30 March 2017: meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the draft financial statements of Masi Agricola SpA and the consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2016;
• 28 April 2017 on first calling and 29 April 2017 on second calling: ordinary Shareholders' meeting to approve the financial statements of Masi Agricola SpA for the year ended 31 December 2016;
• 15 May 2017: meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the accounting figures selected at 31 March 2017;
• 04 August 2017: meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the half-year financial report at 30 June 2017;
• 15 November 2017: meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the accounting figures selected at 30 September 2017;

MASI AGRICOLA

Masi Agricola is a winery based in Valpolicella Classica, producing and distributing fine wines firmly rooted in the values of the Triveneto region.
