Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, November 28th, 2016 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 28th, 2016, whose commencement was announced on May 3rd, 2016, BasicNet S.p.A. in the period November 21st and 25th 2016, acquired on the MTA 15,000 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 5,366,456 treasury shares, equal to 8.798% of the share capital.
