FINANCIAL REPORT

for 9 months 2021 and for Q3 2021 ended September 30, 2021

The main highlights of the Q3 2021 results are:

Group level:

• Outstanding growth profile: revenue increased by 12.5% in Q3 2021 compared to Q3 2020, up to EUR 368.4 million and reached 19.9 million RGUs in Q3 2021, up by 12% compared to the same period of 2020;
• 0 Consolidated EBITDA increased by 10.3% at EUR 135.7 million in Q3 2021 compared to Q3 2020, at 36.8% EBITDA margin;

Romania:

· Strong increase in fixed services RGUs by + 9% Pay-TV RGUs up to 5.1 million and +15.4% fixed internet RGUs up to 3.7 million (residential & business)

Increase in EBITDA margin, up to 48.2% (including IFRS 16), due to operational performance; o Spain:

· Digi Spain continues to be the growth engine and to deliver strong financial results, representing 26% of consolidated Group's revenues.
