"In close consultation between the company and Tanja van Dinteren (CFO), it has been decided, partly on her initiative, that she will resign as Chief Financial Officer of Holland Colours N.V. as of February 1, 2022. We thank Tanja for her efforts. Initially her work will be carried out on an ad-interim basis, in order to have sufficient time to find the right fulfillment of this important position.''
