CTP N.V NOTICE OF 2021 ANNUAL FINANCIAL RESULTS

Amsterdam, 7 February 2022 – CTP N.V. ("CTP" or the "Company"), the EU's largest listed developer and operator of logistics and industrial real estate by gross lettable area (GLA), will announce its annual financial results for the 12 months ended 31 December 2021, on Wednesday, 9 March 2022.

At 08.00am (GMT) on the day, the Company will host an in-person presentation in central London for analysts and investors, along with a live webcast and audio conference.
