Financial calendar 2017

Sabaf S.p.A. informs that the Board of Directors is expected to meet on the following days during 2017:

• February 14th approval of 2016 fourth quarter interim report
• March 20th approval of 2016 draft financial statements and consolidated financial statements
• May 11th approval of 2017 first quarter interim report
• August 3rd approval of 2017 half year report
• November 14th approval of 2017 third quarter interim report.

The annual general meeting will be called on 27 April 2017 to approve the financial statements as of 31 December 2016.

Sabaf's management will meet the financial community during the conferences organized by Borsa Italiana for STAR companies in Milan (on 21 and 22 March) and in London (on 9 and 10 October).

On February 14th, May 11th, August 3rd and November 14th at 3.00 pm CET the management of the Company will organize a conference call in order to present the quarterly results to the financial analysts.
