2017 FINANCIAL CALENDAR

MARCH 2	Board of Directors: financial statements for the Fiscal Year 2016
APRIL 20	Shareholders' meeting: approval of the financial statements for the Fiscal Year 2016
MAY 10	Board of Directors: Consolidated net sales for the three months period ended March 31, 2017
JULY 28	Board of Directors: Half Year Report for the six months period ended June 30, 2017
NOVEMBER 8	Board of Directors: Consolidated net sales for the nine months period ended September 30, 2017

As last year, Geox S.p.A., on an ongoing, voluntary basis, will nonetheless continue to publish press releases with information on sales revenues for the first and third quarters together with order book performance for the following sixmonth period. No changes are to be made to the publication of half year and full year results.

After each of the above Board of Directors meetings, a press release will be distributed and an investor conference call to present results for the relevant period to the financial community will be held at 5:30 pm CET. Any amendment of the aforesaid dates will be duly communicated.

In compliance with the Instructions accompanying the market Rules as organised and monitored by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., (art. IA.2.1.3) Geox S.p.A. notifies that, subject to approval by the shareholders' meeting, any dividends for fiscal year 2016 will be paid in May 2017.
