Mondo TV comunica il rinnovo da parte di Balocco per l'acquisto dei diritti per la produzione e vendita di prodotti dolciari con il brand Sissi per le ricorrenze pasquali 2017, 2018 e 2019

4 gennaio 2017 – Mondo TV annuncia che Balocco ha rinnovato la propria licenza esclusiva per lo sfruttamento dei diritti di licensing e merchandising della serie Tv Sissi la giovane imperatrice, per la realizzazione e commercializzazione di uova di cioccolata e prodotti da forno per le ricorrenze pasquali 2017, 2018 e 2019. L'accordo segue quello già concluso e annunciato lo scorso 13 gennaio 2016.

Tali prodotti saranno pertanto presenti per la Pasqua 2017, 2018 e 2019 in tutti i principali canali distributivi in Italia, San Marino, Città del Vaticano e Canton Ticino. L'accordo prevede il pagamento di un minimo garantito e di royalties in caso di vendite che determinino dei superamenti del minimo garantito concordato.

Il contratto rappresenta una conferma incoraggiante per lo sviluppo del merchandising legato al brand Sissi e può costituire il gancio per ulteriori rinnovi futuri da parte di altri licenziatari o per il richiamo di nuovi partner per lo sviluppo di ulteriori linee di prodotto collegati al brand Sissi.

Mondo TV announced the renewal by Balocco of the purchase of the rights for te production and distribution of confectionery products under the brand Sissi for Easter in 2017, 2018 and 2019

4 January 2017: Mondo TV informed that Balocco renewed its exclusive license for the exploitation of the rights of licensing and merchandising of the TV series Sissi the young empress, for the marketing of chocolate eggs and baked goods for Easter seasons in 2017, 2018 and 2019. This agreement follows the one already entered into and announced last 13 January 2016.

These products will therefore be present for Easter 2017, 2018 and 2019 in all major distribution channels in Italy, San Marino, Vatican City and Canton of Ticino. The agreements provides for the payment of a minimum guarantee by licensor and royalties in case of overages on the agreed minimum guarantee.

The agreement represents an encouraging confirmation for the development of the merchandising linked to Sissi brand and can be the hook for additional future renewals by other licensees or the lure of new partners for the development of additional product lines related to Sissi brand.
