HOLLAND COLOURS STOPS MARKET DEVELOPMENT IN RUSSIA

Holland Colours halts all market and business development in Russia and Belarus, but it will continue to sell to existing clients in accordance with EU sanctions. "I strongly condemn the acts of aggression and violence and I am saddened by the devastating impact it has on the Ukrainian people.", says CEO Coen Vinke.

Export sales to Russia, Belarus and Ukraine represent less than 4% of total Holland Colours group revenues. Main applications are found in the building and construction and food packaging industry. Holland Colours' colorant concentrates are used by producers of plastic waterpipes, house sidings, window profiles, paints and coatings, and milk- and mineral water bottles.

While adhering to applicable international laws and regulations and respecting the sanctions, Holland Colours is willing to continue business with its existing clients in the region. New business development will not be pursued. Holland Colours has no investments in Russia, Belarus or Ukraine. The company will continue to monitor the situation closely.
