NOTEHOLDERS MEETING APPOINTS COMMON REPRESENTATIVE

Cagliari, January 25, 2017

On January 24 2017 the meeting of the Noteholders of the bond "Tiscali conv 2016-2020" (ISIN code: IT 0005214827) appointed the Noteholder Rigensis Bank AS, in the person of Dr. Natalja Jevdokimova, as Common Representative for the three years period 2017-2019, also approving the relevant remuneration. The minutes will be made public in accordance with the law.
