CIR: CALENDARIO EVENTI SOCIETARI 2017 PROSEGUE PUBBLICAZIONE RISULTATI TRIMESTRALI

Milano, 30 gennaio 2017 – CIR-Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. rende noto che continuerà a pubblicare i resoconti intermedi di gestione al 31 marzo e al 30 settembre (e i relativi comunicati stampa) entro 45 giorni dal termine del primo e del terzo trimestre dell'esercizio.

Resta invariata la divulgazione integrale dei risultati per il semestre e per l'esercizio secondo le indicazioni normative e regolamentari. I resoconti intermedi di gestione saranno messi a disposizione del pubblico sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato eMarket Storage, presso la sede legale della società e sul sito internet www.cirgroup.com.

Si rende noto, infine, il calendario degli eventi societari per il 2017:

CIR: CALENDAR OF CORPORATE EVENTS FOR 2017 PUBLICATION OF QUARTERLY RESULTS TO CONTINUE

Milan, January 30 2017 – CIR-Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that it will continue to publish its interim financial reports as of March 31 and September 30 (and the relative press releases) within 45 days of the close of the first and the third quarters respectively of the financial year.

Publication of the full results for the first six months and for the whole year remains unchanged in accordance with rules and regulations on the subject. The interim reports will be made available to the public on the authorized storage mechanism eMarket Storage, at the registered office of the company and on the website www.cirgroup.com.

Lastly, the calendar of corporate events for 2017 is as follows:
