Bagno a Ripoli (FI), January 31st 2017 – The Board of Directors of B&C Speakers S.p.A., one of the foremost international players in the design, production, distribution and marketing of professional electro-acoustic transducers (loudspeakers), met today to approve the D.Lgs 231/01 Model and to analyze some 2016 preliminary data.

D.Lgs 231/01 Model Approvals

B&C Speakers S.p.A. approved the update of the Organizational Model ex D.Lgs 231/01, aiming at adapting the Model to the new types of crimes required by law. The Board also integrated the Supervisory Board in order to enhance its efficiency and activity.

The Board also analyzed the economic data for the year 2016, particularly the Group's turnover, which for the first time, in 2016 will exceed the amount of 38 million; this result – not yet submitted to audit – shows to be growing compared to 2015's result, when the group's turnover was 36.6 million.

With regards to the new line of products referring to "Sicurezza Stradale", the board stated that the Company has completed the design process and submitted patent application for both the audible warning device for tunnels (named "Safevoice") and the lightning device for tunnels (named "Tunneled").

During this period the Company was required for some quotes (to the main contractor) concerning the revamping of existing tunnels for both products.

Management will inform the market on all developments related to this business and its economic implications.
