Climate Transition Capital Acquisition I B.V. publishes consolidated financial statements and its annual report 2021

Climate Transition Capital Acquisition 1 (CTCA1), a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) listed on Euronext Amsterdam, publishes its consolidated financial statements for the period from incorporation on 29 April 2021 to 31 December 2021 (the Consolidated Financial Statements) and its annual report 2021 (the Annual Report).
CTCA1 invites its shareholders to its hybrid Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the AGM) on Thursday 30 June 2022 at 15:00 (CET). Further details of the AGM are set out in the agenda, explanatory notes and convocation for the AGM.
