Energy Transition Partners B.V. 2021 Annual Report

AMSTERDAM, April 29 2022 – Energy Transition Partners B.V. (the "Company"), a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) listed on Euronext Amsterdam on 19 July 2021, announces that the Company's 2021 annual report is expected to be published in the second half of May 2022. The delay from 30 April 2022 is the result of the fact that the audit of the annual accounts by its auditor KPMG will not be completed in time.
