ForFarmers N.V. announces that the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders will be held (as a virtual meeting) on Thursday 23 June 2022, starting at 10.00 am in relation to the appointment of Chris Deen as member of the Executive Board (CEO). ForFarmers N.V. maakt bekend dat de Buitengewone Algemene Vergadering van Aandeelhouders (virtueel) wordt gehouden op donderdag 23 juni 2022, aanvang 10.00 uur in verband met de benoeming van de heer Chris Deen tot lid van de Raad van Bestuur (CEO).
