Energy Transition Partners B.V. publishes 2021 Annual Report

AMSTERDAM, May 16 – Energy Transition Partners B.V. ("Energy Transition Partners" or the "Company"), a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) cofounded by Tony Hayward, Alex Beard and Tom Daniel, today published its annual report for the year 2021.

Energy Transition Partners invites its shareholders to its electronic annual general meeting of shareholders (via webcast) (the "AGM") on 29 June 2022 at 10:00 (CEST).
