Update on the execution of the buy-back programme

With reference to the buy-back programme approved by the shareholders on 5 May 2015 and launched on 14 September 2015, Sabaf S.p.A. informs that in the period between 27 February 2017 and 3 March 2017 acquired no. 6,350 treasury shares at an average unit price of € 10.8087 per share, for a total amount of € 68,635.15.
